The law already exists to protect the Constitution, and law enforcement agencies are sworn to act when there is evidence of a conspiracy or attempt to subvert it.

They all "should" be doing something, including our fellow republicans; but I did mentioned democrats, did not meant it exclusively, as it is, congress that "should" uphold the laws.
