1. I'd like to see Biden offer Toomey and Burr positions in his WH

See if he can get them to leave the Senate now for plumb jobs. Both PA and NC have Dem governors, so their replacements would likely be Dems. They’d have two years in office before their elections, if they choose to run in 2024.
