Back before Trump decided he was a Republican, back before he was a television personality, back before he was a professional wrestling impresario ...

Trump was a union buster. At that time his day job was managing commercial properties for his father and the issue was maintenance personnel trying to organize.

Sorry can't pin down the date, but it was 1970s.
