..maybe we should just fill in the Gulf of America and grow magic 🫘 beans. It worked for Jack. Somebody suggest this to Eric and show him the book as proof.

Saltwater intrusion in the Florida aquifer is happening and being completely ignored by virtually everyone. Oh, well, the cheaply constructed apartment buildings are going up at a record pace. Unaffordable rent rates for working people but retirees from the north are the market target.
