in their yard, doing happy hen things) then I'll get that ... I rarely bake and my husband doesn't like eggs (though I looooove them; if I can find someone who has happy, well-cared for hens and some extra eggs, I'll happily buy them) so I really probably only need 2-3 for this one recipe.
