1. I saw they were having problems today and looked.

Earlier it took 113 rubles to equal a dollar. So it’s even dropped some since then.

Side note: I see Russia sent North Korea 70 zoo animals. Also earlier in the year Russia sent food to North Korea in exchange for ammunition. Even the North Koreans don’t seem to like the Russian ruble.
