6. We get where you are going but Vlad is not an adjective

Try "Sanewashers are going to sanewash Vlad". Or fascist-washers, but best if the adjective is a single syllable. Or "dic-washer" / "dict-washer" (dictator), but that is actually the opposite of your meaning. Maybe "saint-washing".

All from "white-washing" where white is an adjective (as in Tom Sawyer found a great way to avoid white-washing the fence). In many cases it's hard to come up with easily understood smooth flowing phraseology and I don't know the way here.
