It’s often made from yams. I was originally prescribed some from a Dr but now Amazon also carries it. Bio Identical Bi- Estrogen and Bio Identical Progesterone. You need both for balance. I have been taking them for over 30 yrs. I only use the cream every other day instead of every day as recommended as our bodies detox slower as we age so stuff stays in our bodies longer. The bio identicals also help with getting up to pee in the night. I just slept for 10 hrs last night without having to get up in the night. I personally like the Bio labs pro but read all the Amazon reviews and see how many people say bio identicals helped.

Someone above was talking about sex toys - my dr told me instead of a blood test on hormone levels - if you can’t have an organism, you need them. If you can , your hormones are good.
