an anti-psychotic. Maybe even a trip to the ER for some Zyprexa if she isn't already on it, in case she's in some sort of manic state which is causing these delusions.

I am "lucky" in that I am more like a bipolar 2, but I have had some funky delusions and so forth that really should mark me as a 1. Weird stuff like I could feel Jesus holding my hand, and God channeling new Bible verses to me. But for the most part my manias are short compared to most 1s. I've also experienced some dissociative stuff, not multiple personality, but complete loss of emotion or my sane self sitting in the backseat watching my unhealthy self get into trouble. Seemed to have been chemically driven, for me.

Whatever is going on with her, she can't advocate for herself. She's ill. The hard part will be getting her to recognize that and let you help.

Editing to say I'm sorry that this sounds so bossy and know-it-all. I'm sure you've done everything you can. Keep on hanging in there!
