17. If You Meds Mess Up Your Energy Level, Make Them Give You DIFFERENT Ones

when going on these medications is that they don't interrupt this "whatever" it is process in my brain that has made me take up walking again.

If they do, make them give you different ones.

Because I really want to go further with it, get my bike fixed, maybe get into some other forms of exercise.

Bicycling is really good. It is easier on the body than walking or running (especially the feet), and it provides more sensory input because you are moving faster.

Because it makes me feel one hell of a lot better and calmer, every time. And if I have to become addicted to something, that is a lot better choice than, say, crystal meth.

I don't consider this an addiction. I think this is how it is supposed to work.

Besides, who knows, maybe I'll get all "buffed" and women will just start throwing themselves at me.

That has been happening to me, and I'm only half buffed at best (mostly waist-down).
