3. That appointment has caused a lot of 'brain spin' in the middle of the night

I'm REALLY unhappy leaving an appointment feeling like emotional wreck when I felt as fine as possible with my anxiety condition, when I walked in the door.

I'm going to cuddle with the kidcats for a while - hopefully they will let me take a nap - and then make some fish and chips.
