or is this a new thing? I've screened my calls since 1984 and it has saved me from many conversations that I frankly didn't have time for. On the other hand, I know I did that myself to my friends for years and years when I suffered from severe anxiety and was often very, very hyper. My friends tried to hang up after listening to me rant for 45 minutes but I would go on and on and on. I feel sorry for them in retrospect.
