Every time I take seroquel, not only am I hung over feeling the next day, but later I have some GI distress.

Last night, I didn't take it, and got almost 7 hours of sleep. Real, natural, non-drug induced sleep. I think that's a good sign.

And I did manage to do 7 miles on the bike last night despite feeling like crap. Not my fastest ride, not my longest ride, but I did it. And it was absolutely freezing, but I dressed for it, so the cold fresh air was great. I also found it's really fun to ride through dry fallen leaves, and really dangerous to ride through slippery wet leaves. Didn't wipe out, but it was close. So I have to slow down a lot on wet pavement covered with leaves.

It's all good, I feel about 200% better today.

THANKS for your support, it means more to me than anyone could know.
