4. Be sure that you are taking in enough liquid, i.e., water day & night.

As an aging senior, I have found that tingling in my fingers and feet is stopped when I take even a smallish amount of water or other liquid.
I have tended to cut back somewhat in recent years re liquid intake, plus my circulation is likely poorer, resulting in resulting in tingling in extremities, especially when sleeping.
