But sometimes you gotta do just that. And good for you for finally being able to step away from it. Now find ways to nurture yourself, give yourself the love you thought you needed from others. When you begin to heal, you will have better clarity on preserving your self while safely reaching out to others. Now is your time to heal your wounds and take care of yourself. I know it feels shitty, but congratulations on doing the hard thing you had to do to save yourself. Big hugs
