8. I seem to remember 25-35 percent as one expert's guess for prevalence of MI

Considering that only a fraction get to treatment for one reason or another, that
leaves many millions of people wandering around faking being mentally well.

It's really probably not me, but I have encountered most of them as co-workers and people sharing the highways I drive on. The epidemic must surely be centered on SE Wisconsin!
