What do you want to bet that mom is butthurt over her daughter moving in with boyfriend and his mom, and this is her way of getting back at the 3 of them? So childish.
If she had any sense, she'd be asking herself what was going on in her home that made her daughter want to leave. In my experience, teenagers don't move out of the family home just for fun and games.
But aside from all that, fuck Idaho and any other state that thinks it has the right to limit the ability of their residents to freely travel to other states and do whatever they want while there.
