for 25 cents a pound on sale when I was planning a turkey dinner for at least 50 people.

Turkeys were BIG and wouldn't fit in my oven so I spatchcocked them and did the parts in several shifts. First time roasting them that way.

Everyone seemed happy, and turkeys were perfect.
