4. Catfish!

I’m out of the pesto vinaigrette but have a bottle of lime jalapeño vinaigrette. The fish is marinating now.

I have a can of chickpeas and will figure something out with those.
Corn for the veggie. As I type here, I’m thinking fish tacos with homemade corn tortillas and a refried bean-like spread with the chickpeas. Some thin shredded cabbage for a little crunch? That actually sounds pretty good, we’ll see how it goes!

No cake last night, going to a meeting at 6 and hope springs eternal.
