Probably hot house also.
I don't have the room, or patience to grow stuff.
Normaly I stick to jams. I can make ones that my wife with a fructose intolerance can eat.
Pearginger, ruhbarbginger, along with apricot, occassionally blueberry. I do cranberry relish in the fall.
