Chicken tikka masala with sauce from a jar (augmented by caramelized onions, ginger, and garlic), my homemade attempt at dal makana (I make it in large batches and freeze in meal-size portions), rice, green salad, and mixed pickle from the Pakastani guys at the local farmers' market.
