18. How can they know?

The ingredients came from food stamp purchases? Did she have no money of her own to buy food with? Did she not get food from a local food bank, church charity or a friend?

This is absolutely ridiculous. A good lawyer would have a field day with this.

So what next? Are we not allowed to use unemployment funds to start a business? Can I use my tax return for nontaxable purchases? How about if I use Social Security funds to buy a suit or pay for transportation to and from a job?

So much for capitalism. This sounds more like Communism.
