I called the garage door opener company to schedule an appointment for repair. What's wrong, said the lady. I explained. She said, Try cleaning off the photo eye, that's what can cause that. Two minutes walk out to the garage, rub, rub, presto, no more problem, saved me money, cost them a service fee. Thank you Fagan Garage Door company www.fagandoor.com in Rhode Island. They have never been anything but super. Just made the world a little nicer.
