1. I received my travel yesterday for dental done on 1/22/2021.

I have not received travel for physical therapy on 2/5, 2/8/, 2/10, and 2/12. Last year I had the same problem. I called my patient advocate and that helped get it. You should call your patient advocate, I am calling mine on Monday.
