I am developing a dowager's hump due to poor posture and leaning over the computer. [View all]

I wonder if its still possible to correct my posture at age 69?

I got a simple posture support brace from Amazon which I wear part of the day and try to remember the correct posture the rest of the time. Sleeping is a problem as I always have curled up in a side fetal position all my life and I should be sleeping on my back.

I'm going to get a osteoporosis lab test to checkout if that is a possibility.

I run everyday (4-5 miles) but I have to keep reminding myself "head up!!!"

Always something.
