Perimenopause. I'm 49 and going through it. No period for 9 months, then it's back. Emotional rollercoaster at times, brain fog. I'm doing HRT now and it really helps me. But, yeah, I feel old now. I look like my mother. My body composition has shifted. Fun times, lol!
