couldn't get into it. Sometimes you just have to be in the right frame of mind to read something.

My father was in a group (the First Special Service Force) who fought in the mountains of Northern Italy during WWII as well as in Southern France, the area that was the setting for A Thread of Grace. Many of the descendents of those soldiers have read and enjoyed this book.
