You hand out a punishment before an official investigation is completed? Is that anywhere near the spirit of what we do in this country? I wouldn't think so, and that sets a dangerous precedent in my book.

It will be interesting to see if UM will seek an injunction, and if there's a judge somewhere who wants to weigh in.
