Anyone wanting to attend the Raiders vs Ravens game tonight at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas, will have to present a vaccine passport. They must download the Clear app, take a selfie, and provide proof of vaccination within the app:

About 1800 people have either requested a refund for their tickets or rolled them over for next year. That's only a little more than 2.5% of the 65,000 capacity tickets sold.
