From the Salt Lake Tribune: Trump taps Latter-day Saint as new national security adviser

O'Brien is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints...

The implication seems to be that as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Robert O'Brien is therefore a saint. Is that how it works?
