Libby stated quite emphatically that she is certain pootin is already dead and has felt that for some time. I can't recall who she said she believes is running ruskie govt.

Of course it would be convenient to "believe" Ukraine belongs to their pariah state. Ukraine has about half of the purest neon in the world, which is essential for computer chip mfg.
