caused pain and suffering to other humans has BEEN GOING ON ACROSS THE GLOBE since just about FOREVER.

The pain and depression of it all comes at us these days face-first on our computer screens. We are still deep in the information age.

We keep doom-scrolling hoping to find some glimmer of good news, but find more bad than good because BAD NEWS SELLS.

Maybe try taking a break from the news and get out and taked more walks or listen to some favorite music or read some recommended books.
