Guess we'll be the crying duet. Aghhhhh. I hate when these things happen. I'm just not good at final endings. But you know, I do hope when my own time comes I have the presence of mind and enough time to reach out to those I've known, cared about and/or respected; there's something about closing the circle as best we can.

As for my DIL, she is the Warrior Advocate for this child. In fact, when I was telling a good friend about the problems, mishaps and general chaos Laura had handled, she said,"You know what? If something happens to me this is who I want going to bat in my behalf. Can I get my name on a list?"
