Any knock on my door is likely to be somebody who's trying to sell something or get me to sign a petition anyhow, so I don't answer. My friends know to call me first; there are only a very few people I wouldn't mind dropping in on me. I remember crawling on my hands and knees so the Mormons at the front door wouldn't be able to look in the window and see that I was home. No way was I going to open the door for those nutballs.
