For 2..
2 TBS of cocoa powder
1.5 TBS of sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 cup plus 2 TBS boiling water
2 cups milk
(One quarter to half teaspoon vanilla optional)
Put cocoa, sugar, and salt in a sauce pan.  Warm dry ingredients on low heat.  Add boiling water and gently cook for 3 minutes.
Add milk and heat slowly.  Use a whisk to froth.
Delicious!
