Your last 2 to 4 recent paycheck stubs should work and perhaps a print-off of current bank statement(s) should help to prove that you can currently afford to rent. Of course, I would white-out account number and possible routing numbers for protection. As long as your name and current funds are available to read on bank statement, that should be sufficient.
