I have tried at various times, both MC and VISA, and sometimes there's a pick up and then nobody to talk to. I suspect they farm out the phone work to people on another continent who don't really answer the phone. I have been misdirected more often than I have found a solution to a problem with their products.

My funding facility is in a different state and I function, other than internet transactions done with prepay cards, quite well. I don't make many online purchases, DU is an exception.
