(52 posts)35. You do not have to sign up for Part B if the group is 20 or more employee's.
        Otherwise, if under 20 will get penalized if and when you sign up for Part B.

        Medicare Advantage certainly does your original Medicare and most include Part D prescriptions.

        Be wary of networks if you go Medicare Advantage. Not all doctors/facilities accept all plans.

        I think people trash it because their friends have a supplement that pays for everything.

        Quite a Few Hospitals and Health Care Facilities are Dropping Medicare Advantage Plans (disputes over fees).
