So apparently there are clinical trials, just no good evidence? Does that even make sense?

Here's an idea Cancer Research UK, START A CLINICAL TRIAL with the sole intent of GATHERING GOOD EVIDENCE. Do it today. People are in dire need of this research, quit complaining and deflecting and do your job!
