I used LED for a couple of crops and they turned out great even though I did everything wrong.

A little older than you and have been using CBD Tincture for my aches and pains with very good results. Took about a month to really kick in. Major joint pain is still there, but little aches are relived.
I use Michigan made CBD Mary's and Detroit Fudge Co. products from the MMM shop. 4 drops under my tongue twice a day.
For the major pains, shoulder and neck I use TED's pain cream and it works great. Must put it on a couple times a day,every day. Try Amazon $19.00 a tube and it last a long time. The secret to TEDs is resveratrol as found in red wine.
