Or writes an editorial for a school publication could possibly be considered "criminal?!" From what I remember, that's not an unusual part of college life. Is the point to eradicate exchange students from this country?? At both my boarding school and my college there were exchange students from other countries - and they were very welcome, considered a positive "diversity." Or is that the point, eliminating what is considered a part of the learning experience?
