Dad and Daughter did not.

You can't have athletes getting stuff tossed to them from the stands and acting out elaborate and disruptive celebrations.

It was unsportsmanlike, and they should have known it was. Unsportsmanlike behavior at a track meet can result in DQ from the event or even the entire meet.

Dad hopping the fence is some BS too. He'll be lucky is he's ever allowed into another CIF event for the rest of his life.
