I'm reminded of the Rodney King riots.

People were angry, while others just wanted to cause trouble.

Remember during the Rodney King riot, when that truck driver was hit with a brick?
The thug who threw it had his hands in the air after, like he had just scored a touchdown.

There will be those who only want to "burn it all down."

Those who just go with the rest of the mob.

Those who are opportunists.

So are there instigators?
I seriously doubt it.
