So any married couple or long term couple would need to provide proof of medical reasons why they were not able to have children?

What about single men and women? Does the transgression of willful childlessness outrank the transgression of sex outside of marriage? Will they need to provide affidavits explaining why they did not get married in the ideal window of childbearing years?

What an invasive crock.
