Death threat against Gov Gavin Newsom by Speaker Mike Johnson: "he should be tarred and feathered".

Tarring and feathering almost always led to death of the victims. It was a heinous act and meant to scare future acts of a similar nature by witnesses.

It will not come as a surprise that an idiotic, alleged ‘Christian’, thinks murder is the appropriate solution for resolving political differences.

But nonetheless it is a death threat. Wonder who will arrest the misbegotten Mike Johnson? Will he be charged with terroristic threats? Is he engaging in an insurrection himself? Seems to me that a court should be determining these issues.
