Maybe not. Drones are a big thing now. Dont need a navy or air force to blow up things. The straight of Hormus is a curious thing and Iran has quite a few drones. Pretty good at them also. Couple of drones a couple of oil ships, things get bad. What our world if based on is way more fragile than most people know. That would be the 1 level of events if I was them. Stop the oil.
