…it means that a district court judge’s injunction only applies to their jurisdiction, not just to the specific plaintiffs in the case.

It means that you’d need a separate injunction for each circuit court district – or to convert the case to a class action suit, which is possible.

It makes it a lot more cumbersome to challenge a law or EO, but comparing it to the Reichstag fire is utterly nonsensical.
