2. I agree some of our messaging lends itself to equivocation that the right takes advantage of

But the right seems to be able to overpower most messaging through its unified chorus. Diversity, equity, inclusion? Woke? Unions? Damn our bleeding hearts we even think people are as unique as snowflakes. They are even so good at it that they can make those to the left of their message preoccupy themselves with loathing for those that try to use the terms positively. It’s almost like we have been played to hate the word “liberal”. When in doubt blame the people to the left of you is an American tradition.
