And Texas State and Local officials FAILED to act AFTER Weather Service issued

If you want to know why these ass-eating idiots were caught, "off guard" by a storm that the NWS had issued several warnings about, realize that they were all too busy maxing their credit cards out on fireworks and brisket for the 4th.
