If equal, Nebraska gets $50 per citizen, while California, a state that is TWENTY times larger than Nebraska, would get $2.50 per citizen.

If it was equal to all citizens regardless of state, Nebraska would get $588,000 of that yearly $100M, and California would get $11,600,000.

But REPUBLICANS knew that, and that is why it is per state!

By the way, Petey….what happens when the 10 years is up on your CYA legislation?

* Delaware really benefits, getting $95 per citizen, almost twice that of Nebraska, and 38 times that of California.
